At Invictus Heights, we handle every order with the same care and attention we dedicate to the art itself. All artworks are packaged securely and shipped with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery.
Processing Times Each order is prepared with care. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for unframed prints
- 10-15 business days for aluminum or custom-mounted pieces
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type of item ordered. For high-value pieces, insured shipping is included.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery time from dispatch:
- EU & UK: 7-10 business days
- Switzerland: 7-10 business days
- North America: 15-20 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays beyond our control.
Customs & Duties For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.
Shipping to Collectors & Dealers If you are purchasing for a private collection, gallery, or dealership, please let us know at checkout. We'll ensure discreet packaging and tailor delivery arrangements when possible.
Tracking All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
