PORSCHE 917K — LE MANS, 1970–71.

THE FIRST SHOT
The Photograph
During the Finali Mondiali, I captured a Ferrari that demanded more than a digital life. That moment became the spark behind Still Motion.

THE MATERIAL QUEST
The Experiments
I spent the entire year testing materials and print techniques. Paper, canvas, composites — nothing honored the subject.
When I printed the photograph on brushed aluminum, everything changed. The metal brought depth, sharpness, and light play that finally matched the feeling of the original moment. That was the beginning.

THE LAUNCH OF STILL MOTION
BORN IN ITALY
The right suppliers. The right materials. Italy, where craft is still taken seriously.
Still Motion launches. Not as a product. As a standard.

LIMITED EDITIONS BY DESIGN
THE SAME MOMENT. TWO SOULS.
COLOUR OR MONOCHROME
One captures the light as it was. The other strips it back to pure form.

THE MATERIALS
Two mediums. Both chosen for one reason — they honor the subject.
Brushed aluminum for depth, light play, and presence that paper cannot match. Museum-grade fine art paper for pieces that belong in a frame, on a wall, in a collection.
Nothing else qualifies.
STILL MOTION
HOW IT'S MADE

THE SELECTION
Not every car qualifies. Not every moment. We curate only what truly honors the subject — the angle, the light, the story behind the machine.

THE DESIGN
Each image is worked until it demands attention. Composition, contrast, depth — refined until the piece carries the same presence as the car it portrays.

THE MATERIALS
Brushed aluminum or museum-grade fine art paper. Both chosen for one reason — they give the work a life measured in decades, not years.

GUEST ARTIST
Yan Denes
Hand-drawn Ferrari moments captured in dry pastel and black stone. Raw speed, fine detail, pure heritage on paper.
